Currently, the major part of our revenue comes from consulting. We specialize in projects where a customer wants a custom made program or IT solution from a software vendor. With our help the customer and the vendor reach a more efficient and fruitful cooperation, and a better chance to stay on time and in budget.

Usually the customer calls us into the project, either before or after the vendor has been chosen. The biggest benefits can be gained if we are with the project right from its inception. We communicate with the customer in plain English, and with the vendor staff in their professional language.

With our experience we help both the customer and the vendor to navigate the project successfully, and to save time, improve resource usage, and to avoid the usual pitfalls which make so many projects become late, not ultimately satisfy the customer, go seriously over budget, or totally fail.
